night ride

Parallel to the hybrid night shooting ( backplate & domes ) we worked on a full CG solution inspred by the Erasmus bridge in Rotterdam / Netherlands 

our brief: 

• create a round about 15 seconds driving animation on top of the Erasmus bridge

•  show close-ups of different parts of the car

 

our task:

• creation of a story board modeling and texturing of the entire bridge, rough modeling of the skyscrapers in the background capturing HDR for the lighting

•  approval process via gray shade animation

• rendering of the animation, compositing & grading
